- 10+ years leading B2B SaaS Sales and Client Success teams with $7M – $50M scaling experience
- Employee benefits or insurance experience is not required, but an interest in learning the industry and its challenges is critical
- Able to successfully navigate various decision-making styles and drive consensus across partners
- Comfortable with ambiguity and resilient when facing rapid change; demonstrated initiative and independence
- Proven people management experience; able to mentor teams to goals and attract top talent.
- Experience leading a remote/distributed team is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise guidance through emails, calls, or virtual meetings
- A track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals and making data-driven decisions to create high performing teams that deliver results
- Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way
- Low ego. Willing to jump into close big deals, player-coach when needed
