Storm Ventures was founded 22 years ago and has been focused on “Building Enterprise Leaders” ever since. We have consistently outperformed private equity and venture capital benchmarks based on our focused strategy around B2B SaaS.

In March, we closed Fund VII with an additional $200m in capital. Since its inception, Storm’s funds have ranked in the top quartile and decile of fund return benchmarks.

We define the B2B SaaS market broadly from newer areas like Digital Health and Fintech to verticals like Construction and traditional areas like CRM. We leverage our experience in building go-to-market strategies for our companies based on selling to B2B. Most of the businesses we invest in have some revenue – usually a few hundred thousand in ARR at a minimum as evidence of product-market fit. We invest globally and are focused mainly on North America, Europe, and Korea and have a physical presence in Korea and Menlo Park.

The Role

  • As part of the investment team, you will work closely with the team to evaluate new investment opportunities, source new investments, and work alongside portfolio companies to support their success
  • You will attend weekly partner meetings, internal portfolio review meetings, and be a critical part of the investment team
  • You will have the opportunity to develop and create market maps and new theses for the firm to explore as well as build your network to help find and nurture the next generation of founders.

The title will be based on the level of work experience in finance, consulting, startup experience, and/or operational experience. Demonstrated interest in B2B technology and startups, and strong analytical skills, technical skills a bonus. No MBA or prior venture experience is required. You must be self-directed, able to advocate for yourself and be able to manage in an environment that is constantly changing. This role focused exclusively on B2B SaaS.
