Lana is an executive coach and leadership & organizational development professional with over a decade of experience helping leaders unlock their potential to maximize the overall performance of themselves and their organizations, develop better leadership skills and develop their professional relationships.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has had the privilege of working with a diverse set of organizations, team members, and leaders across the globe. She has lead mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and led investor relations teams.
More recently, she has been a senior executive in leadership, talent and organizational development. She is passionate about finding new ways to have a deep personal impact on people at scale. She loves bringing new levels of consciousness to people and their collective organizations. Through this work, she raises people’s awareness of who they are, what their default tendencies and beliefs are, how well those defaults are serving them, and how to better self-regulate.
Additionally, Lana is incredibly motivated by creating inclusive cultures at work, and organizations where people can bring their full selves to work. To that end, she has devoted the latter half of her career to organizational & leadership development and coaching, helping start-up and high growth companies build effective, inclusive, truly diverse teams.
Above all, she is a connector of people and ideas, a coach, facilitator and strategist. She is an advocate for bringing your whole self to work, and a driver of inclusion and belonging through meaningful connections and conversation. Her mission is to help people to truly connect, first with themselves, and then with others, so they may realize a clearer sense of choice in how they live, lead and grow.
