Before starting Fortra in 2013, Andy spent eight years as an executive search specialist for Riviera Partners, a leading firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. As the first employee outside of founders to be partner, he focused on conducting executive level searches for venture capital and private equity-funded technology startups.
Andy has also cut his teeth in the industry with a dozen years of technology sales and sales management experience. At Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), the fifth largest software company in the world, he was ranked in the top two percent. At Kana Communications, he was ranked as the top sales performer in the company for three consecutive years and attained the position of the Leading Regional Director where he was responsible for Kana’s largest territory, generating annual revenues of more than $24 million.
