What You’ll Drive
- Lead and scale a global solutions engineering team of approximately 50, growing meaningfully over the next 12 to 18 months
- Build a centralized, consistent, and high-performing SE organization
- Elevate executive engagement across complex enterprise deals
- Partner with sales to improve pipeline quality, conversion, and deal progression
- Introduce new capabilities, including a field CTO function for advanced solution selling
- Strengthen the connection between customer needs and product direction

- Proven global leader with experience managing teams of 50 to 100 in high-growth technology companies
- Deep background in solutions engineering, technical sales, or pre-sales leadership
- Experienced in enterprise environments with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Credible with both technical teams and executive buyers
- A builder who brings structure, accountability, and high standards
