We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales profressional to lead our talented sales team and drive significant revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to develop and execute a winning sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and play a key role in shaping the future of our company.


  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve or exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Build, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales training programs to continuously improve team skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of top sales talent.
  • Manage the sales budget and develop forecasting models to ensure financial discipline.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

10+ years of experience in a leadership role within sales, preferably in the data  industry.

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Data-driven approach to decision-making with a strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics.

Experience in managing and scaling sales teams.

Experience in developing and implementing sales playbooks.

Deep understanding of the data literacy and training market.
